Starting in 2009, The Shoot Out Cheyenne has been produced by Wyoming Community Media (WCM), a 501(c)(3) non-profit media organization registered with the State of Wyoming.

As the fiscal sponsor, WCM accepts donations or grants on behalf of the event organizers and takes the responsibility of administering the funds received in support of the development and execution of the event. What that translates to you is:
