VOLUNTEERS WILL BE NEEDED. SIGN-UP TODAY!
WE
ARE LOOKING FOR A FEW GOOD VOLUNTEERS
The Shoot Out 24 Hour Filmmaking Festival one of Cheyenne's most creative, unique,
and fun events.
We offer you the opportunity of working with fellow film-making and film-loving enthusiasts, in a safe and respectful environment, with a common goal of making this the best experience possible for everyone involved.
These positions are volunteer only, and in certain agreed-upon cases, expenses will be paid for gas, etc. Lite meals and refreshments will be provided to all volunteers during the event. The Shoot Out Cheyenne will also provide T-Shirts to volunteers, and a free ticket to the gala event on Sunday afternoon after the successful completion of the volunteer tasks.
The Shoot Out Cheyenne is primarily a community-based arts event. We rely on volunteers at every turn of the event. Our volunteers set up pavilions; register teams; provide help and direction; direct communications; assist with the dubbing facilities; check-in final tapes; run the tapes; judge the films; host filmmakers; liaison with industry professionals and help put together the gala event.
We simply would not exist without volunteers. Our volunteers love film, they enjoy high-energy events, and they are promising to return for this year’s event because they had so much fun last year. Our target number of entries will increase by a third this year, and that will mean a need to increase our volunteer base as well.
